We are the employees who look forward to working
with you.
Randy Dominick
– President / Owner
"I recently assumed
the leadership of this company, having learned from the best. After earning
a B.S. degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University, I served
as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. After 12
years in this business, I have the opportunity to lead a great company with
outstanding employees. I have a wonderful wife and 3 great children –
twin boys and a girl. I enjoy coaching my kids soccer teams, grooming
my boys to play football at Notre Dame, shooting, and doing home
improvements."
Sam Dominick
– Senior Vice President
"I am now in the
“step down” unit working towards a “refocusing.” The title, Sr.
VP, is like a double entendre as is the retirement word. Having
been in the business of serving some terrific customers for 30 plus years,
it is most rewarding to continue to assist the company at a level which
allows some fun time with my wife of 44 years. Three children and six
grandchildren, plus Notre Dame Football, exercise, home improvement, church
activities, occasional golf, and friends round out the remainder of my
time."
Carol Britton
- Accounts Manager
"Accounts Manager
is just one of the many job titles that I have, but the one that is most
appropriate is "Chaos Manager". When I started working for the
company in 1989 I already had 16 years of office experience. I credit
myself for a well-organized and efficient office. I'm a country gal who
loves the outdoors and living a simple life. My home is located in the
beautiful Shenandoah Valley with a
spectacular view of Massanutten, Blue Ridge & Appalachian Mountains. I
also enjoy the beautiful George
Washington National
Forest as part of my landscape."
Jon Bondanella
- VP of Engineering & Sales
"I have worked as
an Engineer for over 15 years and I am Licensed as a Professional Engineer
in the state of Virginia. I provide engineering support, perform inside and
outside sales for traffic & ITS equipment, and maintain the computer
systems here in the office. I am a PROUD graduate of Penn State.
My hobbies include Harley's, college football, skiing, soccer and relaxing
(not necessarily in that order). However, most of my time is spent with my
daughters, Grace & Nicole, who keep me busy and entertained
everyday."
Roger
Hale - Director of Sales
"Coming up on my 6th
year with TS&T and loving every minute of it! TS&T has adapted well
to the challenges within the industry. We’ve seen many changes over the
past few years and have learned to be proactive with solutions to meet the
future changes of the industry. First and foremost is the customer service
and support that we provide which has always set us apart from our
competitors. We are young heart but we have many years of experience and
expert knowledge of the products that we represent. We are in business for
the long term to insure that our customers get everything they need to be
successful. This is what drives me!
I love
sports including golf, football, and soccer; as well as coaching little
goalies. My wife and I have two beautiful boys."
Walter Britton - Inside Sales & Warehouse Manager
"I have 17 years
of experience in the electrical supply business, where I have held
positions from warehouse manager, estimator, inside & outside sales,
and store manager. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife, friends,
golfing, riding motorcycles, and working out at the gym."
Lisa Wilson – Administrative
Assistant/Customer Service
“I joined TS&T in November of 2005 after an absence
from the workforce to care for my two young daughters. I have an ASB degree and more than 15
years of experience in the administrative field. My position at TS&T includes administrative
duties and customer service. I truly enjoy working with a great group of people
who are both professional and fun to work with. I have enjoyed meeting our
customers personally and by telephone, and I look forward to talking with
them every day. I enjoy spending
time with my husband, Henry, and two daughters, Sarah and Megan. I also enjoy walking, jogging, reading,
cooking, and family game/movie nights.”
